The record behind the work
Mpalo publishes its legal documents in layers. Each layer answers a different question: what governs the service, what happens to information, what the institution commits to, and what is true in the systems today.
Mpalo Inc. is a Delaware Public Benefit Corporation. This page is an index and status record. It is not itself a contract, and it does not replace the executed corporate instruments or the agreement that governs a particular use of a service.
Current public status: Early-stage and pre-launch. Mpalo's current technical focus is experience-aware memory infrastructure. Palo Bloom is in development and is not publicly available.
Operative terms govern the relationship with the service. Privacy documents describe processing and rights. Institutional statements describe commitments and current status. Where a statement is marked as a launch condition, intention, or counsel review item, it is not presented as an executed legal instrument.

These documents describe the service relationship and information practices for the use they cover. The current privacy policy is paired with a versioned archive so its history remains available.

Individual accounts, service use, content, deletion, billing, suspension, and disputes.

Authority depends on the question.
There is no single ladder for every claim. The right source depends on whether the question is legal, institutional, or empirical.
Institutional authority
What Mpalo has bound itself to or intends to preserve. Charter, constitutional principles, approved principles, and strategy answer this question.
Empirical authority
What evidence shows is actually happening. Implementation evidence wins for current behavior. If evidence contradicts the principles, the system is nonconforming with them.
Publication is a process.
A material legal or institutional statement is published with a clear source, status, owner, review date, and evidence path. The relationship between Mpalo and the work is recorded before identity, attribution, or authority is applied. Changes receive a new version or a visible change note.
- Factual integrity. Engineering or operations confirms that technical and operational statements describe what exists.
- Legal characterization. Counsel confirms whether language is an operative term, notice, commitment, launch condition, or aspiration.
- Brand publication. The public page presents the approved status plainly.
- Regression and history. Authority checks, builds, links, effective dates, and preserved versions are reviewed before publication.
